My first attempt at making Tiramisu and I think it should turn out ok (its cooling down in the fridge right now) but my mascarpone mixture turned out runny which dint get fixed with the whipped cream as well. My gut feeling is it could be due to the egg mixture being slightly hot when I mixed it the beaten mascarpone but I am not sure.
