  1. Siapkan bahan..
  2. Blender oatmeal. Saring oatmeal pastikan gramnya 38. dan gabung dg tepung gula didlm blender dan diayak lagi ya.
  3. Mixer putih telur sampe rada berbusa lalu masukkan gula dikit demi sedikit kira2 stlh menit ke 1 naikkan speed pelan2 sampe tekstur kaku.Kalau mangkok dibalik diatas kepala kita bikin kita ketiban.
  4. Stlh itu ambil sebagian kocokan putih telur diatas campur ke campuran oatmeal aduk. baru campur keseluruhan.
  5. Aduk searah jarum jam.sampe adonan bisa membentuk angka 8 ga putus berhentikan..
  6. Masukkan ke dlm piping bag dan bikin bulatan2 sssuai selera saya pake template koin 500an. Lempar2 baking tray agar gelembung udara g ada kl msh ada pake tusuk gigi di pecahin ya.
  7. Panaskan oven sampe 120derajat celcius. btw jgn mazukin oven dulu biarkan 20mnt atau sampe lapisan nya dipeganh tgn ga nempel.
  8. Oven kurang lbh 15-17mnt. biarkan dingin jgn langsun di ambil ya. lalu filling ama selera anda. Selamat mencobA.
